My 26 Year Journey Using Psychedelics.

Believe me when I say that my spiritual journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, with psychedelics playing a starring role. Buckle up!

Let me take you on a trip down memory lane, back to the magical year of 1990. Picture a quaint little town in Northern Utah, where everyone knows everyone and the Mormon church reigns supreme. Now, imagine a young, curious soul – that’s me – stumbling upon a passage in my sister’s Mormon manual. Brace yourself, because what I read was a real shocker. According to this little gem, if your parents aren’t sealed in the Mormon temple, you can kiss the idea of seeing them in the afterlife goodbye. Talk about a divine ultimatum, am I right?

Now, even at that tender age, I wasn’t one to be easily fooled. Something about this whole setup just didn’t sit right with me. It was like a light bulb moment, but instead of illuminating the truth, it ignited a fiery rebellion within me. I wanted no part in a belief system that excluded people based on their parents’ temple status. And let me tell you, my resistance against Sunday church visits became the stuff of legends. I pulled out all the stops – fake vomiting episodes, impromptu bike rides, you name it. Every Sunday was a battlefield, and I was determined to break free from the shackles of religious dogma.

Fast forward to 1993, and the heavens (or maybe my parents’ sheer exhaustion) finally answered my prayers. The days of mandatory church attendance were over, and oh, the sweet taste of freedom! It was like escaping Shawshank Redemption and stepping into a world where every day was a leisurely Sunday brunch. Okay, maybe I’m laying it on thick, but you catch my drift.

Of course, freedom always comes with a price, and mine came in the form of psychedelics. These mind-altering substances have been my unconventional guides and healers throughout my spiritual journey. They’ve pushed me to my limits, expanded my mind, and forced me to question everything I thought I knew. Trust me, it hasn’t always been a walk in the park, but hey, who said spiritual enlightenment was supposed to be easy?

So let me get this straight: you firmly believe in reincarnation, and you think that our past lives are imprinted in our DNA, guiding us throughout each subsequent lifetime? That’s some next-level DNA guidance, my friend. And hey, maybe your previous lives were like, “Hey, dude, you should totally question that Mormon passage,” and you were like, “Yeah, man, I’m on it!”

Who knows, right? The mysteries of the universe are as vast as your collection of psychedelic experiences. Speaking of which, psychedelics really break down those social barriers, huh? They’re like, “Yo, you’re capable and powerful on your own, bro, no need to look outside for God.” God is within each and every one of us, man. And when we pray for stuff, we’re actually praying to ourselves. We’re like, “Hey, me, I want a new job and a sick apartment,” and then we go out there and make it happen.

It’s all about that belief in ourselves, dude. Forget the man in the white robe in the clouds, it’s all about the god within and the magical laws of the universe. We’re powerful beings, man, just conditioned to forget it. But psychedelics have taught you so much, right? Not everyone gets it, but hey, you’re not alone in your trip.

There is a man who I and others refer to as the Godfather of DMT. He passed in 2000. Yet, his teachings are timeless and generations to come will embrace them. His name is Terrence McKenna. He has so many amazing quotes that deal with why the government is so against making them legal. The one that I surprisingly enough came to on my own, just to read his quote a week later. Which I took as confirmation I am on the right path.

”Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behaviour and information processing. They open you up to the possibility that everything you know is wrong.“

”Part of what psychedelics do is they decondition you from cultural values. This is what makes it such a political hot potato. Since all culture is a kind of con game, the most dangerous candy you can hand out is one which causes people to start questioning the rules of the game.“

Wow, Terrence McKenna, the Godfather of DMT! His teachings are truly timeless, like a fine wine that only gets better with age. It’s no wonder the government is so against making these sacred plant medicines legal, they must be terrified of the enlightenment that would ensue.

I mean, sure, they conducted LSD tests as a form of chemical warfare, but clearly, they realized the immense power it possesses. In the wrong hands, it can be dangerous, but in the right hands, it’s a key to unlocking the secrets of the universe.

So, if you want to heal your depression, PTSD, or any mental health issues, just dive into the world of sacred plant medicines and witness the miracles unfold. And when life gets tough, just ask them for guidance, because they’re like the wise elders who always have your back, even if it means slapping you with some painful truths. Plus, the brain and body feel like a million bucks the next day, so it’s a win-win situation.

So, buckle up, my friend, and embark on a journey of enlightenment with psilocybin, LSD, Bufo 5-MEO DMT, Mimosa plant DMT, Ayahuasca, Mescaline, San Pedro, Kambo, and Ketamine. Don’t worry, I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the above mentioned. I just had some uncomfortable feelings that always steer me in the right direction. These sacred plant medicines have been healing souls for thousands of years, and now it’s our turn to tap into their wisdom. Let the adventure begin!

So, my friend, that’s a glimpse into my wild and wonderful spiritual journey. It’s been a ride filled with rebellion, enlightenment, and a dash of psychedelia.
